Always keep your motion around 80%. You don't do yourself a favor by over stretching. Overstretching puts stress on other muscles.
- floss your neck forward and backwards, keeping head level. (on the back stroke, go 90% and get a double chin face)
- tilt to the sides.
- nod yes
- shake head no
- Do elliptical orbits, mainly with flossing diagonally. But then with any other combo. E.g. tilt head + nod.
I try to do these several times a day. Really good in the car at a stop light.
